Hatha joga
Je tradicionalna oblika joge in predhodna praksa Raja joge, Kundalini joge in Kriya joge. Beseda “Hatha” združuje dva principa: “ha”- sonce, moški princip, pingala nadi, prana, življenska energija, aktivnost in “tha”- luna, ženski princip, ida nadi, um, mentalna energija, ponotranjenost. Pri tej vrsti joge svoje telo počasi in premišljeno premikamo v različne položaje, v katerih vztrajamo dlje časa. Dlje časa, ko vztrajamo v enem položaju, večji so njegovi zdravilni učinki tako na fizičnem kot mentalnem nivoju in se ustvari ravnotežje med njima. Položaji izzivajo vašo moč in prožnost, hkrati pa se osredotočajo na sprostitev in pozornost.

Vinyasa joga
Je stil joge za katerega je značilno nizanje položajev, tako da se brez težav z dihom premikate iz enega v druga. Spremenljiva narava Vinyasa joge pomaga razviti bolj uravnoteženo telo in preprečuje poškodbe zaradi ponavljajočih se gibov, do katerih lahko pride, če vsak dan delate enake stvari. Izraz “Vinyasa” izhaja iz “nyasa” kar pomeni postaviti in “vi”, kar se prevede kot na poseben način. To pomeni, da ne razmetavamo svojega telesa, ampak v vsakem trenutku ozavestimo vsako gibanje. Vinyasa kot filozofija priznava začasno naravo stvari. Vstopimo v asano, smo tam nekaj časa in nato oddidemo. It is a style of yoga that is characterized by a sequence of positions, so that you move from one to another without any problems with your breath. The variable nature of Vinyasa yoga helps develop a more balanced body and prevents repetitive motion injuries that can occur from doing the same things every day. The term "Vinyasa" comes from "nyasa" which means to set and "vi" which translates as a special way. This means that we do not flaunt our body, but we are aware of every movement at every moment. Vinyasa as a philosophy recognizes the temporary nature of things. We enter the asana, stay there for a while and then leave. It is a breath-initiated practice that connects every action of our life with the intention of moving towards what is sacred or most important to us. It can be defined as our external movements, which are an expression of how we think and feel.
Yin joga
Yin joga se osredotoča na vaše globoko vezivno tkivo, kot so fascija, vezi, sklepi in ligamenti. Je počasnejša oblika joge, bolj meditativna ter vam daje prostor, da se obrnete vase in se uglasite tako z umom kot fizičnimi občutki svojega telesa. Ker se položaji držijo dlje časa (2min-5min), kot pri drugih tradicionalnih vrstah joge, vam yin joga pomaga raztegniti in podaljšati redko uporabljena tkiva, hkrati pa vas nauči, kako dihati skozi nelagodje in sedeti z mislimi. The practice of yin yoga is based on ancient Chinese philosophy and Taoist principles, which believe that Qi energy flows through our body. Joga za nosečnice
Nosečnost je čas, ko žensko telo doživlja veliko sprememb. Joga je vadba, ki te uči, da se povežeš s svojim dihom in kako prisluhniti svojemu telesu.
